Orthodox Jews Harvest Wheat For Next Year’s Passover, via Zimbio

Ultra-Orthodox Jews harvest wheat with a hand sickle in accordance with an ancient biblical command on May 22, 2012 near the West Bank settlement of Mevo Horon. Ultra-Orthodox Jews store the wheat for almost a year and then grind it into flour to make unleavened bread for the week-long Passover festival.
